Abstract

An increase in the heart rate and the QT and corrected QT intervals, the increased influence of sympathetic department of the vegetative nervous system, the  occurrence of arrhythmias and changes in the circadian rhythm, which frequency depend on the duration of suppressive therapy, the removal of QTс interval,  homeostasis disorders of Ca2+ were established by studying the electrical activity of the heart and the vegetative nervous system using computer software and  hardware complex ”Holter ECG monitoring” and determining the role of electrolyte changes in the development of myocardial electrical instability. When the cardiac  therapy was added, these changes were leveled.
