Abstract
The results of treatment of diabetic foot ulcers which were located at distal parts of diabetic patients feet (inter-phalangeal and metatarso-phalangeal joints) is presented in the article. In 127 out of 137 cases the complete healing was presenting due to combination of standart conservative treatment and arthrotomy.
During following 12 month after the healing was observed ulcer’s reoccurrence were not registered.
