Innovative technologies in the treatment of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus. Management of pregnant women using an insulin pump therapy (medical case)

Abstract

The article presents a medical case of management of pregnant woman with type 1 diabetes. Owing to a continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion via an insulin  dispenser, measurement of glucose level in real time, and achieving carbohydrate metabolism compensation, we managed to keep the pregnancy with labile diabetes  progress and resolve it successfully.
