Abstract

The scientific literature data regarding diabetes selfmanaging education and programs in patients with type 1 diabetes as a component part of the treatment and prevention of diabetic complications in children and adolescents were analyzed in the article. The findings of this study highlight the importance of health
care centre in control of diabetes and diabetes complications in children and adolescents according different age groups with different duration and course of the disease.
